Machining Services of Turning, Millinig and Grinding
Turning
We provide a turning service on modern classic and high-precision CNC lathes.
We process various types of steel and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, bronze) from bar materials, pipes, OK bars and square fricket, up to dimensions fi 300 x 1200 mm.
Milling
We provide milling services on modern CNC milling machines. We have machining centers MAHO 500 and MAHO 600E. We offer the service of three-axis milling of various types of steel and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, bronze) up to the maximum dimensions per axis X600 Y500 Z400 mm.
For larger pieces, service milling is also possible on the Mazak machining center up to dimensions X1600 Y800 Z600 mm.
Grinding
We provide machining service for cylindrical internal and external surface grinding.
We carry out the sanding process with great care, because sanding, as one of the most important processes in finishing, guarantees high accuracy of measurements and high quality of the finished surface. Therefore, we are always ready to deliver high quality products. We provide metal processing services for all steel alloys, aluminum, brass, bronze and copper.
